I have the Sony-Vegas ac3 Plugin since yesterday and I an doing my first DVD with Dolby 5.1. I have rendered a .wav file to 5.1 and when I look at the ac3 file I see:
Channel 0 Front Left wave form peaks
Channel 1 Front Center nothing, straight line
Channel 2 Front Right wave form peaks
Channel 3 Rear left wave form peaks
Channel 4 Rear right wave form peaks
Channel 5 LFE
I need help in setting this up. I'm new at 5.1 and just guessing about setup in the "Surround Panner" too. I'm not sure what to put into the center audio track (in Vegas) to get it to show when I display it in Sonic Soft encode.
