I have been pulling my hair out for the last month and a half. I have been having problems with the print to tape command. A similar question was posted by someone else on this message board a while ago and going off of the advice of Dave, I downloaded the current drivers from the Microsoft website. Unfortunately, I am still getting the error message stating that "an exception has occurred...." whenever I try to print to tape. Let me provide some specs on my computer. I have a Gateway computer with 950 mhz processor, 256RAM, and two hard drives, one drive is 20GB and the other is 80GB. Originally, "Videowave 4.0" was installed along with a "Dazzle" coverter for digital to analog transfer. I had so many problems with Videowave, I trashed it and decided to go with SF's Video Factory. The OHCI 1394 card I have is a Texas Instrument. Is this card not compatible with Video Factory? Is Dazzle not compatible with Video Factory? Other than this problem, everything is fine. I'm able to capture and edit perfectly. Thanks!
I need some help ASAP!!! - print to tape problem
