I no longer have an option for mpeg2

I had to reinstall vv3 and now I can not render to an mpeg file. I do not have it as an option. I have tried to install again but it is still not there. Any suggestions?

I found a thread that mentioned draging a dll file on to an open instance of vv3. I did this and it fixed my problem.
