I notice jaggies in commercials!

Hey guys, on a lot of car commercials, where they have text, it kind of flickers a bit on my TV, and also I see some jaggies when there is motion in the background, and this is in the commercials. do they use film cameras?

Is this from airwaves or cable or sat. Sat and some cable actually transmit MPEG-2 transport streams. The DISH network is a good example. I have DISH and look at MPEG artifacts all day long. I have worked so hard getting good encodes of my own stuff that I spot the MPEG like it was a catsup spot on a wedding dress.
