Movie Studio 2022 Platinium
Version 21.0.1.92 (UPD3)

Code UG 5929 KA1

Good Morning all,

I am working in a comagny which bought multiple Movie Studio 18 license (7 if I remeber well).

Some of my colleagues installed the soft pretty quickly after we received the serials and installed the 18 version. Me, I have wait a few weeks and after the installation I realized that I installed the 2022 version.

The problem is that some things seems different from the 18 to the 2022 version and because of this non-homogeneity, it causes troubles (for example, the templates of video that I create cannot be used by my collegues).

Morover, I have troubles to export to the .mp4 format which is the one we are using. I have a warning message telling me to try without the hardware acceleration and when I do so, an error message tells me to try with default parameters which is actually the case !

I already try to reinstall from scratch but it did not work.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
