I received a video over WhatsApp in which sound has been muted. Do we have any way to unmute and recover sound in video received.

Are you sure it's muted? Or just not playing. Have you tried the file in a player such as Windows Media Player, MPC-HC or VLC?

Yes its shared mute only have tried in windows player
