After looking through the forum I have found I'm confused. Just how many computers can I install Vegas on. Sonys says two and some posts have said three and four.

You can install Vegas and any number of computers so long as only one is in use at a time as far as I know. You can install a render only client on upto 4 I think.

If memory serves me correct from the days right after Vegas 5 was released, you can order more render licenses if you need them. But it has to be done straight from customer service.
