I would like to change the email address linked to my account.

I have lost access to the old email address I used when I first registered my product (VEGAS Pro 14) and now, even though I have the serial key for my product, I am unable to use it because I can't log in on my Magix account.

Please help.

You need to contact Magix to change the email that your product is registered to. Try "infoservice@magix.net".

This is a user to user forum which is unable to assist you.
