I would need advice about graphics card and rendering

I am planning to build new pc, i have decided so far what kind of hardware I will use, but i am stuck on choosing graphic card.

I am planing to edit and render 4k videos, what gpu would be the best, AMD or Nvidia, and what render, render settings should I use for maximal quality.

My GPU budget is: around 400-500 euros.

I have read that GTX 10xx works great on some renders, and fire pro, RX, R9 gpus works great on other renders.

I would need some explanation about this.

" Some- " and "Other Renders" is very difficult for us to tell you what is a good, better or the best GPU.
Maybe you can specify to what you want to render your 4K video's.

It would be mostly commercial food footage, 90% for youtube. Videos of food, freshly made, served in plates. Some commercial videos about electronic devices, cellphones and similar.
