Ideas for outtakes

Hi there,
We're just wrapping up a rather boring speach video for a client, and they are looking for a few funny outtakes to be included on the video.

We have two clips to work with, but they're fairly boring, so we're looking for some good ideas.

They are both of the speaker, standing behind a podium. In one, she leans into the mic and says: "Pass the Buck" with a lot of emphasis. In the other, she kinda raises her hand, and says: "hello!" (as in, is anybody home in there? you're looking kind of dead!)

Anyway, I am fairly new to Vegas, and looking for some funny ideas.

Thanks a lot!

Chester

Maybe stutter/max headroom the "buck" or "Pass" in there? Let it hang for a moment or two, put some funny flashes in there. Or cut to dumb, nothing B roll, and let it run in the background while you put these two funny clips over the top? Use some reverse, stutters, jumps to create some fun effects on the beneath track.
You could also cut together some of the speech, and make goofy statements out of it, depending on the content. For instance, turn "We don't care about the cost, we just care about relationships and time" into "We just care about the buck" "care about the buck" etc.
