IE7 corrupts V6 GUI on 1st boot

After installing IE7, I notice that V6 does not initialize at the first attempt. Only a partial set of V6's windows panes get drawn on the screen.

The only way to recover from this is to kill the vegas60.exe process from Task Manager and run V6 again (no re-boot neded). On the 2nd attempt to start V6 all window panes get rendered on the screen.

Have you run into something bizzare like this?

Yeah, I know, I can always remove IE7 and see what happens, but I don't want to rat hole this conversation :-)

Thanks, in advance.
