Which codec is it exactly? I've had the same problem, but didn't know you had to download a codec. I ve ust converted the file to a WMV.

how does the wmv show on final product? I converted to MOV and its really fuzzy. Does anywone know if you can change settings to clean it up? I really don't want to do this whole movie over.

AVI codec?: Personally, I bought and used the Morgan codec for years. Works fast and is 100% stable. The last version of VMS (P? I do not remember) has built in AVI support. Search this forum for AVI, there are several posts.

WMV?: Rendering to WMV can give a pale and slightly foggy result.
