1. Create your credits, text and graphics, in a graphic editor such as photoshop, paintshop pro, picture it, etc., then import it into your project and use the pan/crop tool to scroll it. This is how we used to do scrolling credits in VF 1.0. This is probably the easiest method.
2. Try to sync your graphic with your text scroll by panning the graphic only. This is a little tricky, but doable. Drag the image to the overlay track, size it using the pan/crop tool, then click on the directional arrow (left bottom of pan/crop tool) until it says "Move freely X" and position your image on the horizontal. Then click the arrow again until it says "Move freely Y" and move the rectangle until it is just above the image, then click the "End" button and move the rectangle until it is just below the image. Then position your timeline cursor on the credit roll so that the text you want to anchor the logo to is near the bottom. Drag the logo on the overlay track until the logo is in position. Then put the cursor ahead just before the text rolls off. Then trim the logo event (by dragging the right edge) until it lines up. Check the bottom again to make sure it lines up. A little bit of playing will get it lined up perfectly. Then group them so you don't accidentally get out of sync.
