Import MP4-files to movie studio

I can´t import MP4 files to Movie Studio 16.0.

I get a message that tells me a problem occured or that the file is corrupted.

What do I do?

Open the MP4 in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the report it generates and paste it to this forum.

Once we know what the file is composed of and which compression systems it's using we'll better be able to advise you.
