Can VV4.0+DVD import an MPEG file with multiplexed AC-3? This comes from data extracted from a DVD recorded on a consumer DVD recorder deck (MPEG2 video, stereo AC-3 audio).
The idea is to take said content, edit out parts and combine with other such content
as one or more titles, add chapters & menus and burn a DVD. No video processing or fancy transitions desired. Just simple cut & join editing.
Assuming the answer is yes, can it also then render/author the result without re-encoding?
