Imported After Effects Render Settings

Hello, I was given an imported After Effects video that looks fine viewing in windows. But when I render it in Vegas Video the video looks choppy. I assuming the render formats don't match, but have tried all kinds of render settings with no luck. I was told After Effect was rendered in H.264. Thank you for any help!!

Make sure that Vegas project/render settings match the framerate of the imported AE video. Or when the framerate of the imported AE video is different as the framerate of other used video in the Vegas project, means you cannot change the Vegas project/render framerate, than make sure that in Vegas project settings the resampling method is set to "optical flow".
