Importing fcpxml

At my new job people are using final cut pro X, while im am on a windows pc using Vegas pro 15. Im having a hard time opening their fcpxml files for further editing and i cant seem to find any solutions online.. Does anyone here have some sort of solution?

Vegas has never played well with others. If you search on the web, you will see many articles covering the issue but no definitive answer other than you switching to FCP.
