Importing flags recorded from Ninja (Blade) - REJECT/ACCEPT

The Ninja recorders, including the Blade, allow the operator to flag parts of videos as they are being recorded, to facilitate editing in the NLE (shoot-to-edit workflow). Rather than take notes on paper about problems we have during live switches (which are recorded on the Blade) I'd like to simply record these flags (RATINGS) and see them when I load the media into Vegas.

It does not *appear* to me that the flags are saved in the actual file (but I'm not certain).

The Blade *does* create a Final Cut Pro XML file (.fcpxml), however, which has the flag information in it. (I've attached a sample file to this post) .. the "rating" has a start time and duration and value.. you'll see it in the "clip" tree of the sample XML file. Unfortunately Vegas 14 cannot import this file (gives an error).

Anyone have tips on how to accomplish this?
