Hello,
I have a trial version of Vegas that I want to ensure works with the files from my Handycam DVD203. The format is MPEG-2.

I cannot import these files into the editor. I'm able to import .wmv - but when I try to import the .mpg nothing happens, no errors, just nothing.

It is imperative to my needs to try this out before I buy it, the budget is tight, so I can't take any risks.
