Importing Sound Designer II audio files

Can anyone tell me if Vegas 5.0 will import Sound Designer II files? I have a band CD recording session and the studio uses ProTools. I want to import the mono audio files fron the recording session into Vegas 5.0. The Import Media dialog box indicates it will import Sound Designer 1 (*.dig, *.sd) files.

I use SDtwoWav check this resource at:

You'll need Media four macdrive, too.

If you have Sound Forge, you can open SDII files as RAW data type, then resave them.

A little bit of trial-and-error might be needed to get correct settings (and yeah, you'll know if they are wronge - hint: turn down the speakers!!!) but once you get past that, running a batch shouldn't take more a minute or two.

bog,

I didn't know that Sound Forge could work with multitrack all inclusive file types... would it just open the individual audio track files independently and render them to length based on timeline header info?
