Vegas is conflicting with something you
have installed on your system...seems like that
ntdll.dll file you have listed in the error message
is the culprit, seems to be a corruption of some kind.which would
be a third party add on you have in internet explorer or somewhere
else. If there is any, uninstall them.
Still, its hard to be specific, because it varies much, but some third
party thingy is causing it.

My experience, totally FWIW, but backed by one or two other threads...

Vegas, or most Sony software does it's software & plugin scan first thing. This includes dll's & such in system32\ that should otherwise have no bearing. Once it gets this stuff entered into it's section of the registry, that's what it uses normally. When this scan hits the wall so-to-speak, everything dies. In my case it was an old bit of code in system32 from an old Sony app I'd forgotten about, but it was L finding it... wound up going through hundreds of lines in the log file from SysInternals Process Monitor. Recently another thread found the problem in the VST plugin folder -- as the VST server is involved, I'd suggest trying to *temporarily* (After saving it somewhere off your hdd) delete that & see what happens...

Thank You MPM!
I tryed to delete "temporary" the file "sfvstserver.exe" but ... Vegas pro 9 does'nt start!

I'm sorry -- I meant getting rid of your VST plugin folder temporarily so Vegas doesn't scan it. If that's where the problem lies, Vegas should start. Then it's a matter of figuring out which VST plugin Vegas doesn't like. Once it puts everything in the registry, try putting it back, like here:
