Welcome to the forum. Bienvenu au forum.

I would suggest that the problem lies with Module c:\program files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins\IgniteCore.ofx.bundle as this has caused a few problems in the past if you use the search function of the forum. There's lots of posts/comments about it and it relates to the Ignite Pro plugin package.

Have a look at https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/looking-for-vegas-pro-ignite-pro-users-to-help-rack-a-bug--121352/#ca757900 particularly the comment made by Ian-mLMC:

Ignite Pro 4.1 everything goes well. "Ignite Color Temperature" and "Ignite Cine Style" show normally.

2 suggestions for you to try:

1. When you fresh install Ignite Pro, you should cut "IgniteCore.ofx.bundle" and "IgnitePro.ofx.bundle" from "C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins" to other directory before you launch Vegas.

After you succeed in launching Vegas a time, cut "IgniteCore.ofx.bundle" and "IgnitePro.ofx.bundle" back to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins";

2. Or you can directly cut "IgniteCore.ofx.bundle" and "IgnitePro.ofx.bundle" to "C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro 17.0\OFX Video Plug-Ins".

There's no doubt Ignite Pro is real headache this way as I find it re-appears from time-to-time though not so often these days.

EDIT: Actually, my workaround when this has occurred occasionally during the last few years has been to delete Ignite Pro, open Vegas Pro (which should then open successfully), close Vegas Pro, and then re-install Ignite Pro. Vegas Pro then opens without a problem. Without a doubt ... this is something that shouldn't need such a workaround after so many years of the problem being in existence.

What he said above.

I too experienced this a few times. I just moved those "offending" .ofx plugins to another location, start Vegas, exit Vegas and put them back in the proper folder, restart Vegas and all is good. All is good for "me" after this.

Sad part is, I know this way all too well... not good, but it works.
