In search of DVD Architect 2.0

Does anyone know when DVD Architect 2.0 or an update for 1.0c will become available?

I need commentary tacks, progressive menus, and multiple audio tracks.

There is no guarantee that DVDA v2.0 will contain any of the new features you listed.
