In the UK - a JVC Monitor? 17" . .see this!

I get MMD sales lists - don't know why . . but .. . it just came in .. .

MMD having clearance sale. This caught my eye : 17" was £444 now £264.38 including VAT

I have no knowledge of this complany - but if you are London-ish and want a 17" CRT . .. yeah?

Speaking of monitors, at SMPTE Panasonic had a LCD broadcast monitor (17" 16:9) with everything that opens and shuts for $4,000. Turns out it's a rebadged JVC unit so you might get the JVC cheaper.
When I say everything, two HD SDI inputs, DVI, S-Video, HD component, and composite. Add on screen scopes and a frame store / split screen for aligning cameras etc. Also has tiny speakers for stereo sound and you can fit an option card for embedded SDI audio. Also unit will run from 12V via industry standard 4 pin connector. Pictures look pretty good, I'm told the LCD screen itself is the same as the ones going into the new Sony Luma series.
