In Trouble rendering

I have MS3. I make 25-35 minute wedding videos, and did plenty on VF2, but my first on MS3 is killing me. I was rendering to .avi format as usual when the program was accidentally interrupted. When I tried re-rendering, it says the file will be 67 GB should be 5-6 GB! (about 25minutes) Nothing obviously wrong, and this project is no different from others.
I was able to render to MPG1, about 400KB, but MyDVD won't let me burn a VCD.

It sounds like you may have chosen uncompressed AVI instead of DV AVI. 67GB would be about right for 35 minutes of uncompressed video. 25 minutes of DV should be about 5.5GB.

Thanks, Chienworks, as usual you are absolutely right. It's happily rendering right now, about 5.5GB.
