In V13 can you create a custom track mask?

I am looking to create a mask at the track level. I know I can use the cookie cutter but I want to have a lot more control, just like the mask at event level. Thanks.

Not in Vegas Pro 13 where the only way is to use Pan/Crop on Event level. You'd need to use Vegas Pro 16 where the Bézier Mask FX could be used on media, event, track, parent track and output level.

Thanks Marco. I know that V16 has the bezier tool but for some reason it doesn't like the Goto webinar footage very well. It keeps locking up. So I am using V13.

I guess I'm confused about this. Can't the mask you create at the Pan/Crop event level be controlled by the Track Motion control at the Track Level? I mean resized, repositioned, animated with key frames etc. Or do you mean like a rotoscope level of control over the mask? Just curious.
