Inactive Button Default Colors Should be set to NO

The inactive button default colors should be set to None in "My Title" error, if I delete the Title then it says it should be set to none in the Menu, I am trying to find where to correct it to no avail. Can Anyone help, this only happens during Blu Ray disc making

This happens in DVD 5, and it happens even when I don't have elaborate menus just standard stuff with one video window and 1 text.
