Incomplete blu ray iso

I have had no issues building blu ray .iso files with my vegas 11 generated .m2v file - except for one particular .m2v file that causes DVDA to build an iso of about 1.1Gb when it should be about 10Gb. The only difference with this .m2v is that it came from a project with subtitles. Could there be some metadata issues in the .m2v that is throwing off dvda? I have tried re-rendering 3 times via Vegas, deleting sfl, sfvx, scc, sub and any other files except for the .m2v, modifying the dvda temp folders, changing where the source and output files go, swapping the m2v with existing good blu ray .dar projects, creating new projects without menus, etc., basically just about everything. I am concluding there is something in this .m2v that is not agreeing with dvda.
My next try is to copy the vegas project to a new one and remove all subtitles and re-render to see if that is the issue. Will report back but if anyone has a clue in the meantime....
btw - I was able to render a .mpg version (NTSC widescreen) that built fine in dvda.
Thanks,
Tom

Yep - that was the problem. Sony please take note. There are issues in subtitled .m2v metadata that screws up dvda in blu ray image prep. Solution was to remove the subtitles from the project and render the m2v, then pull it into an existing dvda project that had subtitles from a .mpg render. Not sure if disabling the 'save markers...' option when rendering the file would have the same effect..

Sony may or may not read your post since this is a user to user forum. I suggest that you email them with the details of the problem to make sure.
