I have noticed that Vegas 9 appears to have inconsistent behavior in ragards to the track zoom levels when saving and exiting, then restarting projects.
It always rembers the vertical track zoom level when restarting a project but never remembers the horizontal track zoom level.
I would think it would be very useful and improve the user interface if Vegas always remembered both vertical and horizontal ztrack zoom levels as well as the cursor position on a per project basis, so you can continue exactly where you left off on each project. Indeed, this is how other software I use functions.
Please consider adding this as either a "bug" or enhancement, depending on how you view this issue.
Thanks!
P.S. After more testing, it appears Vegas resets the zoom level and cursor when you close and reopen the program. If you keep the program open but just close and reopen "projects" within the program, then it maintains the track zoom level from the last project opened, which IMO, is not really appropriate either, since users are typically going to be at different editing points and zoom levels in each project depending on the number of tracks they have, etc.
