Increase video speed???

How do I increase the video speed?

I have a video clip that I’m editing and then adding an mp3 music file to.
So I have a total of 3 tracks on the screen.
1) video
2) audio for the video clip
3) mp3 file

I want to increase the speed in track 1 and 2 (video and audio).
I know I can increase the speed of the video clip by using the “Insert Velocity Envelope” feature. But then the audio wont match the video.
I can also change the rate but then all 3 channels will change.

I just want to increase the speed on channel 1 and 2 and run channel 3 in normal.

Thanks for any help..

Move the mouse pointer to the end of the clip, either track 1 or 2, doesn't matter, and it will change into an arrow in a square box. Hold down the Ctrl key and drag the mouse to the left. This will "squish" the clip and it will play faster, both the audio and video together. You can speed it up to 4x. You can also stretch it out to the right to slow it down.
