Incredible Mystery playing MS 12, MSA Burned disks

I am ready to Pay someone who can solve this problem.
I produced a 2hr 2min Video of the US Navy Musicians Bands using MS 12 Platinum
Build1184 Architect 5.0 Build 186 I have burned at least 12 disks NTSC 720X480 and every single one will studder or stop when played on My wifes Laptop,My ver Powerfulf desktop, my Oppo DM83 DVD Player.
I said I must get to the bottom of this, I sent ISO Files to Sony Creative Software, They say their okay, Today I installed two Plextor PS891SAW Burners bought some Tayio Yuden Disks and Downloaded DVD Info Pro.
I kept it really simple I burned a disk mpeg2 NTSC 720X480 at 4X directly from the .VF FILE USING Tools_ Burn to Disk, 16.9, Burn speed 4x.
Same exact problem skips stutters, stops on both the laptop and my desktop.
Ran the same disk on DVD info Pro and it shows disk burned successful no errors and no CRC errors.
Please Please Please Help before I lose the few hairs I have left
I would even be willing to pay someone to resolve this.

Sincerely
Jim Hochstadt

- Does it always stop in the same place?
- how large is the total MB of the media on the disc?

1. If you watch the rendered video NOT on a disc (eg. on hard drive), does it stutter? This would help answer the question whether the rendered media is OK.

2. You changed out your hardware, so I guess the issue won't be hardware related. If you have the same issue, Try is to burn the disc as slow as possible. If the burner can go to 12x and the disc to 8x, burn it as 1x or 2x. That often solves discs not reading issues. Not sure if it will help here, but could be worth a try.

Hi Mark, Thanks for the reply.
Stops, studders in different places. There are two movies one is 3.2 GB the other 2.99GB
I just re Rendered both files again so Ive got NMAplextor_1.mpg and its AC3 file
and NMAplextor_2.mpg with its AC3 File
Two files for each movie. I have played both mpg files on the computer and they both play all the way thru perfectly. Now the questiohn is How can I get each movie on a Tayio Yuden 4.7 disk so they play perfectly on any decent DVD player or computer???
BTY How can I burn them on a Plextor at 1x or 2x spped. I think the lowest rate is 4x??

Not sure I can help address those questions.

Have you tried playing the same burned DVD in different players (eg. in computer, in a separate DVD player)?

Some drives do not like some media (although with the TY premium I have not had any issues). DVDInfoPro should also show you the read speed from the disk - what does it show as you get out near the end where the problems are? When I have run into the "stuttering" type issues, it is typically a case of the player not being able to read the data fast enough to keep up with the video frame rate. You may still get "no read errors", but it may be having to read a sector more than once to get it right. I don't have the current DVDInfoPro - I purchased it with "lifetime updates" when Nick something created it. He then sold it several years ago and so much for "lifetime updates" - I have not felt like paying for it again (yes, I did talk to the new "owners").

Something else you can try - the free VLC player will handle ISO files - try playing the iso of your disk with VLC - does that work good ? If you don't have an ISO, that is the way I normally go - create an ISO instead of direct burning (you just select the option when you select your burner) then use the free (and excellent) Imgburn utility to actually burn the disk(s)
