Information about the refund policy

Last month, I purchased a monthly subscription for Vegas Pro because I had work to do. However, I forgot to cancel the monthly subscription, and today, another month's fee was charged to my card. I forgot to cancel my subscription because I wasn't going to use it anymore. Can I get a refund? If so, how can I get one? Thanks.

Before you do anything further you need to cancel https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/support/service-center/cancel-contract/ otherwise you will get more fees charged. Depending on your contract you may not be able to cancel immediately.

As for refunds this is a user forum, we are not Magix. Try contacting infoservice@magix.net

The way to think of a subscription sofware is a contract that you had agreed to pay a monthly fee regardless of you are using the software not using it at all. The only way you can stop paying the fee is you have to cancel the software immediately. There is no other way around to get a refund if you forgot to cancel. The responsibility is strictly on you.
