Resetting Vegas 21 with prefs reset solved the issue. It seems Vegas Hub isn't getting the message about being updated for some users.

I just ran into the same thing. What'd you do to "reset Vegas 21 with prefs reset"? Are you talking about the launch holding down Shift Key thing (or whatever that key combo is)? I don't love the idea of having to reset things after ;-/

I have Vegas Pro 21 pinned to my taskbar. On right click, I have the menu option to launch Vegas with prefs reset.
