Inserting subtitles from a file option missing

The Inserting subtitles from a file menu option from the insert menu is not listed.
I'm upgraded to Movie Studio 16.0 Platinum (suite). This function is documented in the manual.
Do I need to switch something on? Or Select something?

I'm afraid this was accidentely copied from the Vegas Pro manual. Imho, this feature is available in Vegas Pro only.
