I installed and was using Vegas Movie studio 15- purchased through Amazon. My laptop crashed after using and registering. So I loaded on my windows 7 desktop. It says unregistered copy I need to register to use. SO when I put in the serial # it says it cannot go online. (I have a hot spot through sprint. NO real wifi in my rural area.) When I go on the website, I put in my serial number and it says already registered. So I saw deactivate. I did that. I deactivated on the laptop, I had already uninstalled Vegas from there and it shows no devices have Vegas on it. . I re- downloaded the software from the official link there thinking that would work. Same thing. I just want to use my purchased legal-non-trial software. Can anyone help?
