install or add plugins

hi guys:

Sry but i'm new in video programs , just i need to know how install or add plugins to vegas 4.0
I have some plugins downloaded but i dont know in what folder should i have to install it , create a new folder or add/load the plugins from vegas 4.0.

It depend on what kind of plugins. If they are script-based, you can put them anywhere you like. Then in Vegas hit Ctl/Shift and the number of your choice.
When you want to run the script hit Ctrl and the number.

Note that to run scripts, you need to have installed Microsoft's .Net Framework which you can download from Microsoft.
