Install VV3 before or after converting to NTFS?

My new XP PC is enroute.

Should I convert my hard drive to NTFS from the default FAT32 before I install VV3 or after I install VV3? I'm getting two internal hard drives as per repeated advice on this forum, the second exclusively for video files.

First of all, I can't imagine a NEW XP PC coming as FAT32 instead of NTFS. However, if it does, it really doesn't matter the order. Having said that, I would probably convert it first (BOTH drives) and then install VV.
