I was using Vegas Pro 17, and I purchased and upgrade to Vegas Pro 20.

I downloaded the installation file(.exe), but I won't work at all.

Is there any thing I can do?

Being just a bit suspicious, does my nation I'm living in could be a problem?

I'm living in Korea right now, and I was using US English programs with no problem.
