Hey All,

I downloaded, installed and registered my Video Vegas Update last night on my home machine along with DVDA Studio 2. I then brought it into work and installed and registered it from here also.

Is that ok?? It didnt seem to give me any problems...I am not sure how many "times" you are allowed to register before Sony gets all up in arms. I should not need another unless I happen to reformat or something. Anyone have any insight into this??

SONY's license lets you install it on more than one computer that you own as long as you don't use it on more than one simultaneously. I don't know how many reinstalls you can do before your license key stops working, but it's a pretty fair amount. Probably no one outside of SONY should know what that number is. I know i've reinstalled the same license key quite a few times on my computer without any trouble. I've only had one so far get to the point of telling me i had too many activations and that was after having terrible hard drive difficulties on my livingroom MP3 player computer and reinstalling probably well over a dozen times.

thx Chienworks....

Since I only reformat about 2 times/year at home and never at work, I should be good to go for a while
