Just purchased the upgrade from Movie studio 9 to Movie Studio HD platinum. On running the "moviestudiope10.exe" file I get only a popup window with an red X icon and the text
TEMP dir not writable under that the OK button.
when clicking the OK button another popup comes up with a red cross again and the text "not enough space"
if i then click ok, installation stops AND more importantly ALL THE CONTENTS OF THE FOLDER the installer is in ARE DELETED!!!!!

had the installer on desktop and LOST all shortcuts and files :(

I'm running Windows 7 64bit with admin account

any help would be appreciated.
