Installation problem Pro V5

Hello All,

I am still unable to install DVD Architect Pro V5 after following the regedit admin settings changes and other suggestions in the support knowledge base. I haven't received a reply to my email help request for about a week. Vegas Pro 9 installed without issue. I previously had Platinum Pro and Architect V4.5 installed on this system (XP SP2, QuadCore 6600 2.4GHz, 2 gig ram).

Any suggestions?

Please let us know what tech support recommends.

They're much better positioned to ask the necessary questions to troubleshoot your system issues.

(Meantime, it might not hurt to update to XP SP3 and to download the non-critical Windows updates as well as the latest version of Quicktime, with all video editing programs use for managing video files.)
