Intel Indeo 4.4 Alpha Channel Not Displaying

I have encoded some green screen footage using Intel Indio 4.4 and made sure I selected alpha channel before encoding out. I did this in Cinegobs Keyer. Now, when I bring that event into Vegas, the background shows as black and no form of alpha takes. Any suggestions? I hate to use uncompressed for all of these, but that seems to be the only one I can get to show correctly. Anyone have any other recommendations for "free" codecs with alpha ability?

I use a png sequence from cinegobs. Small & works GREAT! :D

EDIT: sometimes I'll export the alpha channel only as a mask. Then I do my composites in vegas with two tracks.

The Quicktime Animation codec supports an alpha channel.
