Intel QSV support on laptops with two GPUs?

Hello!

I have Vegas Pro 14 Edit on my laptop (an HP 15-ay049nv). That laptop has two GPUs: an Intel HD Graphics 520 and an AMD Radeon R5 M430. Since both Pro 14 and Pro 15 crash when I try to preview the edits if the Intel GPU is set to accelerate the processing, I've configured the program to use the AMD GPU. A question that I have is if I can use Intel QSV on my laptop when I render the video (I do use the Intel HEVC profile since HEVC is quicker to upload on YouTube) and have the AMD GPU for editing videos.

I don't even think VEGAS Pro 14 it does QSV.
