When will Sony Vegas have an update to utilize Intel's new Quick Sync?

I have seen the benchmarks, and using Quick Sync is doubling rendering speed (up to 220 frames of HD processing per second in one test I saw...).

I am ready to buy a Sandy bridge if Quick Sync will be supported in the near future, if not I am going to wait for Ivy Bridge, and Bulldozer to see which is going to be best.
