Stills rendered in MPEG-2 flicker in DVDA. In the timeline in vegas 8- I Reduce interlace flicker in each induvidual frame. The fooltage was shot 24p. I attempt to use the DVDA Video Stream- then changed the bitrates- high-average and low in order to fit the 1.52 Hr Length Mpeg onto 4.7.
I used the R I FLICKER Option in DVDA but it almost doubles the the GIG size.
How do I get rid of the flicker without increasing size of file? What can I do in Vegas 8
Rendering options to get rid of the flicker besides the manuel "right click" on each induvidual frame?

Were you able to preview the DVD on a TV or interlaced preview device?

Sometimes I get flicker in the DVDA preview, but once the DVD is done and I watch it on a TV there is no flicker.

If the digital images are quite large in size (i.e. 5 MB or more), reduce the size and convert to PNG.
Ideally, stills should be no more than twice your project size.
