Interlace issue...maybe?

Uploaded a couple of clips...They looked great. Couple day project, so I went back in and was trying to sync a couple of files and noticed that my avi's now look as if they are blending incorrectly. I appear to be getting an interlacing(?) issue were certain frames look out of sync with itself, especially when a camera flash goes off. What would cause this and can it be fixed? Thanks in advance.

If you're viewing on a PC monitor it's normal to see interlacing, before you panic check it on a TV.
Flashguns also do seem to cause video cameras to go nuts, particularly the auto iris/shutter circuits.

Yes, camera flashes are so short in duration that they are usually captured in a single field of video and, when viewing it on a PC monitor, will REALLY make the interlacing stand out. As was suggested, before you jump to any conclusions, watch it on a TV, not your PC monitor and see if you actually have a problem.
