@Ruby888 Yes that's combing from an interlaced frame. Two things:

Preview - don't use a Full setting. Use Half such as Good Half

In Project Settings make sure you are deinterlacing by using "Deinterlace method" either Interpolate fields or Smart Adaptive.

Wow thank you, that seems too easy I will try. One last question should I disable resample? If there needs color correcting should I do that before cutting?

@Ruby888 Resampling only comes into play if your project is at a different framerate to your source material or you are slowing down or speeding up a clip on the timeline.

So play safe and use Disable resample. If for some reason a timeline event will look better with resampling you can do that in its properties and it will only effect that event.

Color correcting - doesn't matter but if the same correction will suffice right through your source clip then best to do it before cutting. It will then be in each cut piece. Or you could do it as a Media FX rather than an Event FX.
