So I am making a video with a DV cam. The video was imported through firewire on a mac, edited with i movie, than exported as an avi with DVCPRO50 codec. Plays fine. Needed to do additional editing with no use of mac so started editing in vegas. Everything worked out great. Now when i export to mpeg 2 for dvd authoring there is a motion artifact introduced (kind of like the video is bending in the direction that the camera pans or objects/people move) very weird to describe, but ppl i know have said its an interlacing problem. Anyone have any ideas?
