Internal Preferences in vms?

I'd like to change the timeline position from top to bottom and on the full]
version it can be done in internal preferences. How to get there on VMS?
Shift preferences worked in VMS 4.

Your question belongs in the VMS forum, but the short answer is, you no longer have access to the internal prefs in VMS. I can only imagine the tech support nightmare that they had with this available in earlier versions to those in the "know."

I'm sorry to post here but I assume in the vms forum I wouldn't get an answer.
