internet size template

For some reason, I have never been able to use the "internet size" template that is available in the Main concept MPEG 1 render settings.

I saw it in my list when I enter in the custom settings of the "render as" window but if I select it, I get this message that the template could not be loaded.

Does anybody know how to make the settings manually ?

There is no template by that name, just "VCD NTSC" and "VCD PAL". I don't know what settings that template had, perhaps someone else using your system set them up.
